He’s known as the only tokimeki guy to personalize his school uniform by replacing the tie with a pendant. One that’s blue and oval nonetheless. Well, if that doesn’t scream volumes about his sexual orientation, his clothes and hair will. First, the clothes. Where to begin? They mostly consist of frilly sleeves and collars, and bell-bottoms which accentuate his thighs, ultimately giving him a leggy effect. He ties his flowing brown tresses back with a red hair tie, and is often posing in front of you in what could be called a very dramatic manner. He is debatably the prettiest in this game (Sudou’s butler does come in a close second) and alas! The gayest. We (no thank you meli, I like my men straight) still loff you though, mi-chan, so don’t worry.

Keep your creativity stat high and he should start asking you out in no time! Also, he should approach you to congratulate you on your hard work after a week or two of successful painting.
Buy more elegant clothes because really, Mihara seems more inclined to liking someone of equally grotesque taste in frills. Avoid sporty, and try not to wear clothes that are too highly priced at one go (apparently he’ll say you look overdressed – but he’s jealous! So there!)

Watch renegade!Mihara "alter a painting" at the museum (which isn't exactly legal, is it? ^^) if you bring him there during spring while he's at neutral. He’s holding a scalpel-like thingie in his hand, and looks perfectly at home as he proceeds to explain and point out to you why he’s doing it. Mihara parades around in a dress for the school culture festival, wearing a frilly (what else?) satiny red dress and holding a fur fan in the hand that isn’t clutching the red satin that is his skirt. To make things better/worse there appear to be two females in the background going on in a *^-^* way behind him. Word is he looks prettier than most girls in the school. Mihara sacrifices his locks for you as he stays back to walk you home one day, only to find that the weatherman doesn’t quite agree with the plan. Drenched from head to toe, he looks like a wet, wounded puppy who just had his daily Kibbles and Bits taken away form him by force. Awww. And despite the melodrama and the sorrowful violas wailing in the distance, it must still be noted that the Magnificent Hair looks as good as ever. There has not been a person who has not noticed the substantial lack of split ends and overall shinyness of his chestnut locks! Star with Mihara in the third year culture festival play. We’re not sure what the play is, but Mihara’s in his element playing the lead, hair flying out dramatically to the side. He seems all-confident, but a small stumble reveals his nerves ^^ don’t fret, he makes a quick recovery! Mihara’s long awaited confession. It was as painful for us for the wait, too, so don’t worry if your frayed nerves threaten to fling your PS2 out of the window. It’s a natural human reaction to 3 straight hours of Mihara Shiki-san and his frills. Whee! *does dance* His confession is a lot like a painful (long) poem, it has lots of flowery language (read: world, smile, you, me, colour in my life, rainbow, flower, reason for existence, bright future ahead) that would probably turn on all the lit-loffing gals out there, but not much else. Choose the second option first, to hear his outburst on why you two should be together (and therefore get pic 15), and you can choose the second option again if you’re feeling vicious. Mihara's ending was surprisingly touching ;_; Tearjerker, that one is. *sniffles* Arguably the best ending music theme. So meli says. I still think he talks too much crap in the beginning, but the ending part was nice. ^_^
